Years ago, having Lyme Disease led me down a path of searching for more natural health remedies – not just for my own well-being, but for my family’s, too. I did all the research you can imagine and was shocked to learn all the ways toxins affect our daily life. From there, I became a passionate health researcher and then a resource for my friends and family looking for more natural ways to heal.
In 2020, I started sending health boxes to a friend to help remedy his fatigue and poor sleep quality. The curated supplements and suggestions worked wonders, and his response changed everything. “This should be your business!” he said … and that’s when HealthFix was born.

I’ve always had a passion for helping others be their best self. I worked hard throughout college and grad school to pursue my career as an educator. It wasn’t until I found out I was pregnant with my first child, that my desire to live cleaner increased. Living a healthier and more natural lifestyle was now a primary focus for my growing family.
I always knew Katie Q to have the same vision. When we reconnected, we realized we both shared the same dream to educate and inform others on the benefits of low-tox living. We knew instantly that both our expertise would create a beautiful business partnership!
It’s boosted my mood, alleviated my anxiety, and made me more relaxed. Not only am I living a healthier life, but I’m giving it to my husband, little boy, and unborn baby girl. It’s built my confidence, and when I’m happy, my happiness spreads!
